At Brian Jackson College, we are committed to creating opportunities for everyone to learn, grow, and develop. Whether you’re a student, teacher, or member of our support staff, we believe in nurturing talent, building skills, and empowering people to aim high and achieve their goals.
Today, we’re shining a spotlight on one of our talented colleagues, Fran.
Earlier this year, Fran officially achieved her Level 5 Learning and Skills Teaching Diploma through our apprenticeship scheme. 🎉
This is a fantastic achievement and one that is thoroughly deserved. Throughout her apprenticeship journey, Fran demonstrated exceptional dedication, successfully balancing her studies, family life, and the demands of teaching across multiple Humanities subjects.
Fran joined Brian Jackson College as a Pastoral Support Worker and, over the past 7.5 years, has embraced every opportunity to develop and progress. Through hard work, determination, and a passion for learning, she has grown into an exceptional teacher who makes a meaningful difference to both students and colleagues every day.
Her resilience, commitment, and drive to continuously improve have been evident throughout her journey, and we couldn’t be prouder of what she has achieved.
👏 Congratulations, Fran, on this incredible milestone. Your success is a wonderful example of what’s possible when talent, ambition, and opportunity come together. We can’t wait to see what you achieve next!
