On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, students take part in a sports leadership programme. These sessions vary from planning and partaking in a 6 week fitness programme, to planning circuit training sessions and leading them to your peers. Students would then give each other feedback on their sessions, what they enjoyed and what could be improved on in future.
Students also plan fitness sessions and food diaries around specific sports, such as boxing, football, and basketball. These lessons promote leadership, communication, problem solving, creative thinking and team work.
