On 5^th June , our PSHE tutor organised our annual Sports Day event. The event took place at the Leeds Road playing fields and the theme was retro. All staff  and pupils, of various Year groups, participated in the sports day event. Retro activities included: Bean bag races, Egg and spoon, Wheelbarrow races, a relay race, Tug of war, a sack race, a 3-Legged race and finished with a game of rounders.  Pupils enjoyed a picnic lunch, and the event came to an end with medals to be won!  As was expected pupils were highly entertained by the competitive nature of staff!
