Pupils cook up a storm with homegrown Rhubarb

Pupils have been attending the allotment on a weekly basis and have grown some fresh Rhubarb, which they have brought back to school to whip up up some fantastic desserts. Rhubarb Crumble Rhubarb Crème Brule Rhubarb Custard with Ice-Cream Some pupils also took some of the Rhubarb home to share with their families.

Brian Jackson College have recently invested in an allotment to help support pupils emotional health and wellbeing. Red Nose Day – For Charity
